Dear Isabelle,
It's so nice to see that you are finally catching up to current events and realizing that the market is capable of some value and influence and — Marx forbid — even criticality.
Welcome to 1995. Some of us have been on the topic for a while, you might want to do a little more up-to-date research before arriving fifteen years late and behaving as if you've discovered a paradox or two about art and money.
You are so out of touch. The cover says it all — Warhol and Madonna? What century is this? Please.

Don't you hate it when the author answers questions from the floor saying “Well you'll have to read the book!” or “That's in chapter so and so”.

What exactly is the point of a ‘discussion’ when it's constrained by brazen marketing? She wants the floor to take her seriously but when push comes to shove, she doesn't deserve it.

i guess The Author isn't Dead Afterall (pun intended).
