I don't feel dazzled when I look at it. Or is it only referring to some sort of effect on radar?
In either case, as a human being and not a radar machine, I'm a bit bored looking at it and wonder how it isn't less interesting and historically informative than photos or designs of these ships.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the article entirely. I'm just surprised that no one uses this comment feature and am making a half-assed effort to start a discussion.

Hey my first comment on Fudge went unpublished by THE POWERS THAT BE. So I'll just say how pointless the review was.

I think the relationship may be more about anti-surveillance measures (as it regards artists who "poach" with Google surveillance). The latest Diary entry made a nice distinction regarding mutual influence and poaching. It's a shame that THE POWERS THAT BE close down dialogue which could actually prove to enrich the web aspect of Artforum. I'm not exactly sure what my opinion about the work is, but I think that is the content which the critic is considering.

Fudge is always a little bit too cute for his own good. The name always reminding me of late 60s 'underground' band, Vanilla Fudge.

Ah halcyon days! On the school bus, asking the driver to turn up their 'Keep Me Hanging On" all the way. I was a child of the revolution, albeit living on a prestigous air base.

Sigh.
