    FOR THE SECOND TIME, I have been involved in a case of mistaken identity having to do with a woman called Theresa.     On November 5, 1984, Election Eve, a Diamond Vision Mobile 2000 will appear at Bowling Green Plaza in New York City. The thoughts and hopes and concerns of the surrounding crown will be reflected on the truck’s video screen, as will a program prepared by artists and other members of New York’s community.
