ANDREA BELLINI NAMED DIRECTOR OF CENTRE D’ART CONTEMPORAIN GENèVE

The Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève has announced that Andrea Bellini will be its new director. Bellini, forty-one, has worked as the codirector of Castello di Rivoli, Museo d’Arte Contemporanea, since December 2009. Before that he served as the director of Artissima. In a statement Bellini said, “CAC in Geneva has a remarkable history, starting in 1974 with Adelina von Fürstenberg, the first director of the art center. I am delighted to have the opportunity to create a new identity for this leading international institution.”
