BEIJING POLICE RECOVER SIX ANTIQUES STOLEN FROM FORBIDDEN CITY
According to Xinhua, Beijing police have recovered six of the pieces stolen from the Palace Museum on Monday. The pieces were “mostly Western-style make-up cases encrusted with jewels,” and were valued at over $150 million. Authorities have not yet addressed how many items still remain missing.
