As reported by the Associated Press, Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum has announced that it has raised fifty-four million dollars to redesign its Upper East Side townhouse in New York. The news comes as the museum has completed renovations of two other townhouses that contain its administrative offices. According to the museum, the renovation will enable it to “enhance its facilities for exhibitions and educational programs.”
