Edward Rada Joins Board of Mike Kelley Foundation

The Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts announced today that financial consultant Edward Rada is the newest member of its board of directors. He joins chair John C. Welchman and members Stephanie Barron, Gary Cypres, Catherine Opie, Jim Shaw, and Joan Weinstein.

“We are thrilled that Ed is joining the board of the Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts,” said Welchman. “As our organization continues to grow, his vast experience helping to lead multiple nonprofits as both an administrator and board member will be invaluable in guiding the foundation.”

In addition to providing consulting services to trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations, Rada recently served as interim director of finance for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland and has held leadership positions at the Music Center in downtown Los Angeles for the past eighteen years. He is also a former president of the Music Center Foundation—the endowment investment fund, established by the Music Center and its performing arts organizations, that includes the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Opera, the Los Angeles Master Chorale, and the Center Theatre Group.
