Eighty-three artists from thirty-five countries will be participating in the Biennale of Sydney for 2016 (now in its twentieth year), titled “The Future Is Already Here—It’s Just Not Evenly Distributed,” reports Nicholas Forrest of Artinfo. The Biennale added thirteen additional artists and art collectives to its original roster, which artforum.com previously reported.

The newly announced artists are Ricardo Basbaum, Céline Condorelli, Don’t Follow the Wind, Erub Arts, Philipp Gehmacher, Germaine Kruip, Benoît Lachambre, Chrysa Parkinson, Evan Roth, Hahn Rowe, Christoph Schlingensief, Alexis Teplin, and Ken Thaiday Snr.

This year’s iteration, taking place March 18 through June 5, is being curated by the biennale’s artistic director Stephanie Rosenthal, and will be exhibited throughout several venues, such as the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, the Art Gallery of New South Wales, and Carriageworks, in addition to some non-institutional sites.
