After seven years of working together, dealers Beat Raeber and Matthias von Stenglin have announced that they are ending their partnership and leaving RaebervonStenglin at Pfingstweidstrasse 23 in Zurich.
In a joint statement, the gallerists said, “We have held various discussions about future strategies and ideas for our activities, and we have concluded that we have different visions for the future. In order to not restrict these ideas, we have decided to go separate ways.” They added, “We are looking forward to new, exciting projects and exhibitions in the near future––you will hear from us soon!”
The gallery represented various artists including Saâdane Afif, Raphael Hefti, Thomas Julier, Jill Magid, Ivan Seal, and Alexander Wagner. The last exhibition presented by the gallery was “Falsche Kamille, Wilde Möhre, Bitterkraut,” featuring works by Susanne Kriemann, which closed in November.
