Guggenheim Donates 100 Images to Wikipedia for Edit-A-Thon

New York's Guggenheim Museum has donated images of 100 artworks to Wikipedia, in time for the museum’s planned “edit-a-thon,” taking place at the museum on May 19, according to Cait Munro in Artnet.

Works by van Gogh and Paul Klee are among what’s depicted in the images being donated by the museum, which, through its website, is telling participants: “Using these 100 images as a starting point, we invite you to help enhance the scholarship and understanding of key artists and works in the museum’s collection.”
