INTEREST IN IRAQI ART SOARS

The British Museum says visits to its Iraqi cultural exhibits have soared as a side effect of the war, the BBC reports. According to museum staff, inquiries about Iraq’s historical artifacts have tripled since the conflict began. The museum has the greatest collection of Mesopotamian art outside Iraq.
