The Andy Warhol Museum has announced a series of recent management-level staff changes at the institution which aim to strengthen its ability to further define the legacy of the famous Pop artist.
José Carlos Diaz, who joined the museum as the Milton Fine Curator of Art in 2016, has been promoted to chief curator. Jessica Beck, associate curator of art, became the new Milton Fine Curator; Danielle Linzer, curator of education and interpretation, was promoted to the director of learning and engagement; and Rachel Baron-Horn, director of finance and operations, was named the new deputy director.
Commenting on the promotions, director Patrick Moore said, “The Warhol is a mature institution with ambitious curatorial and business goals. This new management structure gives the museum a balanced team to achieve those goals in the most strategic way.”
