Allison Unruh

Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum in St. Louis Names New Associate Curator

Allison Unruh has been named associate curator of the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum at Washington University in St. Louis. Unruh, who specializes in modern and contemporary art, will help organize temporary exhibitions and shows relating to the Kemper Art Museum’s permanent collection. She will also do collection research, suggest works for acquisition, and develop publications and programming.

During her time as a curatorial associate at the Princeton University Art Museum, she was a contributor to the catalogue Cézanne and the Modern: Masterpieces of European Art from the Pearlman Collection (2014). As a former assistant curator at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, she co-curated “Andy Warhol Enterprises,” 2010.
