MoMA Curator Pedro Gadanho Named Artistic Director of Lisbon’s Museum of Art, Technology, and Architecture

Architect and writer Pedro Gadanho will be leaving his position as curator in MoMA’s department of architecture and design, reports Archinect’s Amelia Taylor-Hochberg. Gadanho is headed to Lisbon, where he’ll be the first Artistic Director of the new Museum of Art, Technology, and Architecture.

At MoMA, Gadanho has worked for three years at MoMA, working alongside Senior Curators Martino Stierli and Barry Bergdoll to produce exhibitions like “Tactical Urbanisms,” 2014–2015. He also curated the Portugal Pavilion for the 2004 Venice Architecture Biennale.
