The Museum of Chinese in America has appointed Herb Tam as the new curator and director of exhibitions. Tam, who received a graphic design degree from San Jose State University and an MFA in fine arts from the School of Visual Arts, has worked with a variety of organizations, including the Queens Museum of Art, New York Foundation for the Arts, Exit Art, and the Asia Society.
