Ugo Rondinone, Vin Cipolla to Join Public Art Fund's Board

Public Art Fund has announced that Ugo Rondinone and Vin Cipolla are the newest members to join its board of directors. Rondinone is a Swiss artist who lives and works in New York City. His most recent solo shows include “Human Nature” on the plaza of Rockefeller Center and at the Museo Anahuacalli in Mexico City, and his work is in the collections of MoMA, New York, ICA, Boston, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York, among others. Cipolla is the president of the Municipal Art Society and founded the MAS Summit for New York City. He also served for nine years as board chairman and president, and later chairman emeritus, of the ICA Boston. He currently serves as cochairman of the National Parks of New York Harbor Conservancy, as well as on the boards of the Lowline, Ballet Hispanico, and the Christie's Charity. Public Art Fund is a nonprofit organization which mounts exhibitions at the intersection of art and the urban environment.
