The Wadsworth Atheneum, in Hartford, Connecticut, has received $2 million from state’s bond commission to continue its ongoing renovation project. This renovation, which is in its second phase, will revamp fifty-four galleries and twenty public spaces in the institution. The work is expected to be complete by the end of 2014. The museum’s director Susan L. Talbott said that the museum will be focusing on interior improvements, reports the Hartford Courant.
