    Amy Yoes’ recent paintings celebrate the mesmerizing language of the Western decorative tradition. Sometimes surprisingly suggestive of the rhythmic tempos of Jackson Pollock’s drip paintings, her canvases churn with visual incidents that overflow the picture plane.
