Benefit Auction for Partnership for the Homeless

New York City, January 29, 2010:

Clara and Richard Serra organized a benefit for the Education Rights Project of the Family Resource Center of the Partnership for the Homeless, at the Gagosian Gallery in Chelsea, with both silent and live auctions. Musical presentations included Jessye Norman with “You'll Never Walk Alone” from Rodgers and Hammerstein; Steven Cole, tenor, with selections from Irving Berlin; Mark Markham, a pianist who lives in the Luberon, played Duke Ellington's “Meditation.” To read Linda Yablonsky’s diary coverage of the event, click here.
